What to Bring to Your Appointment

Proper identification is essential for notarization. Please review the requirements below before your appointment to ensure a smooth process.

Valid Government-Issued ID

Driver's license, state ID, passport, or military ID. Must be current and not expired.

Name Must Match

The name on your ID must exactly match the name on your documents.

Unsigned Documents

Do not sign documents before the appointment. Sign only in the notary's presence.
